We are empowering girls across Slovakia through inspiring talks, workshops, and career-focused activities. We connect students with authentic female role models from diverse industries to help broaden their aspirations and challenge stereotypes around education and careers.
Alongside school talks, we created our spin-off format Inspiring Jobs, where girls visit companies, meet inspiring women directly in their workplaces, explore a wide range of STEM and business careers, and experience professional networking firsthand. We have collaborated with partners including VÚB Banka / Intesa Sanpaolo, Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions Slovakia, and Košice International Airport.
Meet Our Country Chair
Alžbeta Palkoci
Alžbeta is the Chair of Inspiring Girls Slovakia, where she leads the development of the initiative on a national level. She actively connects communities, seeks out inspiring women from diverse industries, and brings authentic female role models directly to schools across Slovakia. Her work focuses on empowering girls through career inspiration, confidence-building, and exposure to real-life opportunities in STEM, business, and leadership. Alongside Inspiring Girls, she is dedicated to youth development in digital skills, career guidance, and volunteering. In 2024, she received the National Youth Worker Award from the Slovak Ministry of Education for her contribution to youth empowerment.
