Inspiring Girls Spain, one of the first countries to join the global campaign, is now active across all provinces. Through school talks, workshops, and leadership programs, female role models share real career journeys, challenge gender stereotypes, and expand girls’ aspirations. The organization collaborates with leading companies and institutions to increase its impact. For example, its partnership with Stellantis led to the “Limitless Digitalization” program, which promotes digital skills in rural areas. It also runs financial education workshops in collaboration with BlackRock. In partnership with CEU San Pablo University, research on the impact of role model sessions has been published in Frontiers in Psychology.

Marta Pérez Dorao is the President of Inspiring Girls Spain since 2016. With a strong background in leadership, STEM, entrepreneurship, and social impact, she brings a wealth of experience in driving initiatives that promote equality and empower young people.
