We've taken that work around the world: reaching 250,000+ girls face-to-face and more than 1 million online, through a movement spanning around 40 countries.

Role models have been one of our most powerful tools. But our impact goes beyond who girls meet. We're building confidence, developing skills, expanding knowledge and opening possibilities.

Now, as we enter our second decade, we want to go further.
