  • While our programmes are delivered through local country teams, there are still ways to support our mission:

    • Online participation: Join our annual #ThisLittleGirlIsMe campaign each October, follow our social media, and share role model stories in your networks.

    • Digital resources: Use our YouTube channel's career videos in your community - whether in schools, youth groups, or informal settings.

    • Support our work: Make a donation to help us expand programs in existing countries and support girls globally.

    • Stay connected: Follow our social channels to hear about new country team developments and other participation opportunities.

  • We work with companies to create employee volunteer opportunities where your team shares career stories with girls aged 11-16. Partnerships can include school talks, workplace visits, skills workshops, or co-created campaigns. We handle logistics and provide impact reporting to show your social value.

  • Your employees can volunteer as role models at school talks, host workplace visits, lead industry-specific workshops, or contribute to global campaigns. Most activities require 2-4 hours of time and we provide briefing materials and support throughout.

  • We track girls reached, employee volunteers engaged, and confidence changes through pre/post surveys. 93% of girls report feeling more confident about their career possibilities after our programmes.

  • Contact your local country team through our website. They'll discuss your needs, student ages, and preferred topics, then match you with appropriate role models.

  • Most programmes target girls aged 11-16, though some workshops (like financial literacy) extend to age 18. This age range captures when career confidence typically develops and girls make key subject choices.

  • Yes, all school programs are completely free. This is made possible through our corporate partnerships and ensures every girl can access inspiring role models regardless of school budget.

  • Contact HQ to discuss establishing a country team. We look for experienced local leaders who can build partnerships, recruit role models, and adapt our programs to local contexts while maintaining quality standards.

  • Through pre/post surveys with participating girls, feedback from schools and role models, and long-term tracking where possible. Key metrics include confidence changes, subject choices, and career aspiration expansion.

  • Our annual Girls' Aspirations Survey gathers insights directly from girls about their career confidence, barriers they face, and the impact of role model exposure. Country teams also conduct local research to inform program development.

  • Annual reports and impact studies are available on our website, covering global reach, program outcomes, partnership case studies, and financial transparency. Recent reports include detailed country-by-country breakdowns.

  • Our programs specifically target girls aged 11-16 during the critical period when career confidence typically drops. However, many of our school talks and events are also open to boys, so they can hear and learn from inspiring women role models alongside girls. Our "She Inspires Me" campaign also invites men to share their stories about women who inspired them, recognising that gender equality benefits everyone.

  • All our school programmes are completely free, which is only possible through donations and corporate partnerships. Donations help us expand to new countries, support local teams, develop new resources, and ensure every girl can access inspiring role models regardless of her school's budget.

  • Our Global Giving page is available here to set up monthly, or one-off donations. You’re also able to donate via workplace giving schemes. Ask your employer about setting up payroll giving through Charities Aid Foundation (CAF) to support us.

  • Yes, if you're a UK taxpayer, we can claim Gift Aid which adds 25% to your donation at no extra cost to you.

  • Yes! We have a Global Giving page that accepts international donations in multiple currencies.
