We care deeply about girls 9-18yrs old known and unknown career aspirations. Sine 2022 we have reached over 4000 girls by working closely with schools, corporates, and volunteers to ensure every girl is exposed to real-life stories of women, empowering them to make informed choices and realise their full potential.
We create and run programs in schools by offering building confidence workshops, financial literacy, life-skill mentoring, and industry visits to explore career possibilities and challenge limiting stereotypes.

Jacqueline Chua
Jacqueline leads the Singapore Chapter to broaden girls’ aspirations by connecting them with diverse female role models. She is passionate about shaping pathways for young women to see possibilities beyond traditional expectations and build confidence for the future. She sits on several non-profit boards, driving meaningful change through DEI advocacy, financial literacy, and empowering women in finance. Jacqueline is the co-founder and Chief Commercial Officer of Tessal8, an AI-powered talent intelligence platform.
