Inspiring Girls Deutschland e.V. was founded in January 2024. The team delivers speed networking events in all types of schools across Germany as well as bringing girls into companies to meet female role models at the national Girls' Day. They also do workshops at partners offices including Renesas and Fitch. By September 2025 the team had reached over 900 girls at 31 events in 15 cities across Germany, supported by over 150 Role Models.

Sonja Scott
Sonja brought Inspiring Girls to Germany in 2024. At Inspiring Girls, she contributes her network, her marketing expertise and her enthusiasm for team building and collaboration, gained from her many years of management experience in international companies. She believes in female role models to show girls the wide range of career opportunities the world has to offer and to give them self-confidence.
