Meet Our Country Chairs
Pinelopi Theodorakakou
Pinelopi brought Inspiring Girls to Greece in 2025. At Inspiring Girls, she contributes her expertise in training, empowerment, and career coaching, alongside her experience as co-founder of WHEN, a nonprofit organization focused on women's economic development and gender equality. With a background spanning media studies, communications, and public relations across international settings, Pinelopi believes that small actions lead to big changes. She's passionate about connecting girls with role models who aren't perfect, but real - showing that diverse paths to success exist for everyone.
Stella Kasdagli
Stella co-founded Inspiring Girls Greece in 2025, bringing her experience as a writer, inclusion expert, and co-founder of both WHEN and inc.lude, a consultancy focused on equity, diversity and inclusion. With a background spanning literature, media, and social change facilitation, Stella understands the power of diverse role models in enriching girls' imaginations about their futures. She's committed to addressing Greece's gender equality gap by ensuring girls see women across all career paths, challenging the limited options too many grow up observing.
