At Inspiring Girls France, we inspire girls to aim high by challenging gender stereotypes and expanding their career aspirations through the power of female role models. We deliver school talks, workshops, speed networking events, workplace visits and awareness campaigns, reaching 4,256 children across France since our launch. To date, we have partnered with schools and organisations including BlackRock, Barbie (Mattel), Renesas, SCOR and Cacharel, delivering 250+ sessions and building a growing network of role models, educators and schools.
Meet Our Country Chair
Laura Sévénier
Laura Sévénier is Chair of Inspiring Girls France since 2025. She leads the French chapter of the global NGO dedicated to broadening girls' career aspirations. Drawing on her leadership and commitment to gender equality, she is helping expand the organisation's impact across France, empowering girls to overcome gender stereotypes and pursue ambitious career paths.
