Inspiring Girls UK launched in 2022 and has built impressive momentum across the country. Working with partners including Barbie Mattel, BlackRock, Renesas and MetLife, the team regularly delivers workshops, Q&A panels and speed networking events that connect girls with inspiring female role models.
A major milestone came in September 2023 with the first UK Roadshow, an ambitious tour across Birmingham, Manchester, Edinburgh, Belfast, and Cardiff. Over 360 girls aged 11-16 met more than 70 exceptional women from diverse careers, experiencing firsthand what's possible for their futures.

Victoria Harper, UK Chair
Victoria joined Inspiring Girls as UK Chair in 2023, building on the programme that launched in 2022. She strongly believes in equity for women and girls and has seen first hand the difference the charity makes to young girls’ aspirations for their futures and careers.
