At Inspiring Girls UK we connect girls with inspiring female role models who expand what they believe is possible; through school talks, workshops, workplace visits and our own confidence and resilience programmes, reaching thousands of girls across the UK with a particular focus on the girls who need it the most.
To date, we have partnered with organisations including BlackRock, Fitch, MetLife, Renesas, Barbie-Mattel, M&G and BNY Mellon, NeuConnect and Toyota amongst others.

Victoria Harper
Victoria joined Inspiring Girls as UK Chair in 2023, building on the programme that launched in 2022. She strongly believes in equity for women and girls and has seen first hand the difference the charity makes to young girls’ aspirations for their futures and careers.
