At Inspiring Girls Türkiye, we aim to inspire girls to dream without limits and to strive for excellence by connecting them with accomplished female role models.
By introducing them to a diverse range of career paths and life experiences, we aim to expand their horizons and empower them to realize the breadth of opportunities available to them in both their professional and personal lives. We deliver school talks with role models, conduct STEM Workshops and Speed Networking Events, reaching 1800 girls across Turkey in different cities, such as Erzurum, Ankara and Istanbul. To date, we have partnered with MetLife, collectively delivering STEM Workshops, school talks and STEM Speed Networking to 1000 students and building a growing network of role models and schools.
Meet Our Country Chair
Dr. Ebru Evrensel Inanç
Dr. Ebru Evrensel Inanç has served as Chair of Inspiring Girls Turkey since 2024, bringing over 25 years of academic experience as an instructor at Bilkent University. With a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, her work has focused on human potential, motivation, and personal development. Her extensive experience in education and psychology strongly aligns with Inspiring Girls' mission to empower girls, broaden their horizons, and encourage them to pursue ambitious goals. She believes in the importance of education to unlock career opportunities.
