Meet the Team Rowing the Atlantic for Inspiring Girls

Next December, Vicki Anstey, Inspiring Girls UK Ambassador, and Dr. Sophie Bostock, leading sleep scientist and PhD researcher, will row over 3,000 miles across the Atlantic Ocean, completely unsupported, from La Gomera in the Canary Islands all the way to Antigua.
Together as Team gROW, they're not only testing the limits of human endurance, they're sending a powerful message to the next generation of girls: resilience, courage, and self-belief can take you anywhere.
Their challenge is about far more than the miles. Every stroke of the oar is in service of Inspiring Girls International, raising both vital funds and awareness for a cause that puts role models in front of young girls who need them most.
As Vicki puts it: "I want to help instil a deep belief in young girls that with a bit of grit, courage and determination, they truly can achieve anything they want."
