Inspiring Futures with Foundever.Org

Inspiring Girls International and Foundever.Org have established a global partnership to deliver Inspiring Futures by Foundever.org, an international educational program designed to challenge stereotypes and expand opportunity for the next generation. 

Over the coming year, the program will deliver 24 interactive workshops in Spain, Brazil, Colombia, and the United States, reaching approximately 700 students aged 13–17, particularly those from underserved communities. The workshops combine AI literacy, digital confidence, employability skills, and exposure to diverse career pathways. By engaging both girls and boys in conversations about gender, technology, and career pathways, the program aims to reshape perceptions early, ensuring that opportunity is not defined by stereotypes. Challenging prejudice requires collective responsibility, and meaningful change depends on the active participation of young men and women alike. 

Women remain underrepresented in many technology-driven sectors, and digital transformation risks widening inequalities if access to skills is not intentionally democratized. Through Inspiring Futures, Foundever.org and Inspiring Girls are building a scalable model that combines corporate expertise with educational access, ensuring that the next generation grows up with broader horizons, greater confidence, and fewer limits imposed by outdated norms.
