At Inspiring Girls Mexico, we challenge gender stereotypes and promote equality by showing girls that they can pursue any path they choose.
We deliver school talks, mentoring sessions, and experiential learning opportunities, reaching more than 10,000 girls across the country. To date, we have partnered with BlackRock, BBVA, Engie, and Actinver, among other companies, building a growing network of role models and schools. Through these collaborations, we have also implemented targeted initiatives—such as a program with Actinver to promote the economic autonomy of young women without parental support—while continuing to expand our national presence and deepen our impact.
Meet Our Country Chair
Magda Coss
Magda Cross is Chair of Inspiring Girls Mexico since 2019. She has a background in gender studies and violence prevention and works as a consultant on diversity and inclusion. Her expertise in advancing gender equality and challenging structural barriers directly informs her leadership at Inspiring Girls Mexico, where she is committed to expanding opportunities and aspirations for girls across the country.
