Inspiring Girls Costa Rica empowers girls and young women by connecting them with female role models who share their personal and professional experiences. Through these meaningful interactions, the organization helps broaden aspirations, build confidence, challenge gender stereotypes, and inspire girls to pursue their goals and realize their full potential.
Meet Our Country Chair
Victoria Padilla and Gabriela Meza
Victoria firmly believes that when a girl discovers what she is capable of achieving, she begins to build a future full of possibilities. That is why her purpose is to continue creating spaces that help girls envision new opportunities, develop their talents, and become the professionals, leaders, and changemakers the world needs.
Her greatest motivation is seeing how a simple conversation can spark a vocation, strengthen a goal, or transform the way a girl sees her own future. Because inspiring girls today means helping build a better tomorrow.
Gabriela Meza is a Psychologist and Relational Ontological Coach with more than 15 years of experience across Latin America driving talent development and advancing female leadership. She has promoted mentoring programs for women and young people, supporting them in building purposeful career and life paths aligned with their aspirations and potential.
