Inspiring Girls Italy is an unstoppable force! From its launch in September 2017 through December 2025, it has inspired over 75,000 young people through more than 3,500 events, establishing itself as one of our longest-running and most far-reaching teams, active in every Italian region with conferences, speed networking, and workshops. To amplify its impact, it has trained over 1,500 teachers in a culture free from stereotypes.
A driving force behind our international #ThisLittleGirlIsMe campaign, it has reached more than 5 million Instagram users, engaging extraordinary figures: Pegah Moshir Pour, Olympic champions Federica Pellegrini, Deborah Compagnoni and Anna Danesi, and Inter’s women’s football team.
Barbara Falcomer
Barbara Falcomer has over 20 years of management experience in luxury, fashion and retail, including 10 as CEO of Montblanc Italia (Richemont Group). She is a business angel and mentor. Since 2017 she has been General Manager of Valore D, a non-profit business association promoting gender balance, diversity and inclusive culture in Italian organizations, which has also run the Inspiring Girls project in Italy since 2017. In 2021 she was Deputy Chairwoman of the G20 Empower alliance.
