Inspiring Girls Hong Kong, established in 2020, is a registered charity on a mission to create a Hong Kong where every girl belongs, can dream without limits, and is empowered to architect her own future.
We connect girls aged 14–18, especially those from lower socioeconomic and ethnic minority backgrounds, with diverse female role models. Through our flagship Inspiring Girls Program, award-winning EmpowerHer Future financial literacy initiative, mental resilience workshops, and immersive corporate work experiences, we shatter gender stereotypes and build confidence, ambition, and career readiness.
In our fifth anniversary year (2025), we nearly tripled our impact, empowering 2,382 girls. To date we have empowered over 6,382 girls.

Ines Gafsi
Ines Gafsi, Chapter Chair and CEO of Inspiring Girls Hong Kong, is driven by the organisation’s vision of a Hong Kong where every girl belongs, can dream without limits, and is empowered to architect her own future. Since launching the chapter in 2020, she has prioritised girls from lower socioeconomic and ethnic minority backgrounds. Ines believes the organisation doesn’t just inspire — it equips girls with the confidence and tools to become tomorrow’s leaders.
