Inspiring Girls Mexico launched in 2019 and they have reached thousands of girls ever since!

In 2023 they have continued to expand, bringing their speed-networking events to schools in two new provinces: Cuernavaca, Morelos y Guadalajara, Jalisco. They also continually look for new and innovating activities to empower girls in their community! In 2022 they organised visits to the Mexico Stock Exchange and to one of the most successful Orchestra Directors in Mexico. And in 2023 they have teamed up with Lego and Nickelodeon to highlight the contributions of women scientists through play.

In addition, the team has also developed innovative resources to support the volunteers and role models that work with them, including storytelling workshops to improve their confidence.

IG Mexico is represented in the Young Ambassador Network by Bárbara.
