Inspiring Girls Chile has been established since 2017 and it keeps growing and innovating every year!

The team organises a wide range of activities all year round. In 2023, they hosted over 30 speed-networking sessions all around the country, focusing on diverse sectors like finance, aeronautics and the arts. They have also organised STEM workshops, a series of seminars on leadership, and multiple talks with role models from different industries. Additionally, their initiative Juntas Nos Inspiramos (Inspired Together), a six-week long program where girls can learn about self-confidence, sorority and well-being in a series of masterclasses.

Inspiring Girls Chile is represented in the Young Ambassador Network by Josefa.
